Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Installation

If you cancel your installation appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment made. No cancellation fee applies.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled installation, a service fee of up to $75 may be retained to cover technician scheduling and travel arrangements.

Cancellation After Technician Dispatch

If a technician has already been dispatched to your location and you cancel upon or after their arrival, a trip charge of up to $150 may apply. This covers the technician’s travel time and fuel costs.

Refunds for Completed Installations

Because installation services are performed on-site and completed during the appointment, all completed installations are final. We do not offer refunds for services that have been fully rendered.

However, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the installation, please contact us within 7 days. We will send a technician back at no additional charge to address and resolve any issues with the work performed.

Equipment & Hardware

Install Me Now does not sell Starlink hardware or equipment. Customers purchase their own Starlink kit directly from Starlink.com. Any questions about equipment returns or refunds should be directed to Starlink/SpaceX customer support.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
